Submitting music information online is done through a form by clicking the button at the bottom of the page. After filling out all the applicable fields, click the Submit button to send your information, or the Reset button to clear all the fields. Following is information clarifying the purpose of the fields.

General

Title The title of the musical work. Examples are the album title for CD's, collection titles for songbooks, etc.
Artist The artist of the work, including multiple artists or arrangers. If a work contains more than three artists, then list as various.
Label/Company The label or company the work is published under.
Release Year The year the work has been released.
Email The email address you may be contacted at for any further information.

Formats

Next to each format that is applicable, enter the product code (preferrably UPC codes) into each respective box.

Voicing & Instrumentation

Enter voicing and instrumentation comments for printed music only. Examples are voicing such as satb choir, mix, congregational, etc. Examples of instrumental are piano, guitar, handbells, etc.

Song Listing

List ALL songs/tracks of the work, separated by semi-colons.
