Please read the following terms carefully. Unless you have purchased multiple copies, E-ORDO can be used only on a single individual's personal computers at home and office and on a PDA. If you have questions or would like information about multiple-user pricing (for use of the data by more than one person), call customer service toll-free at 1-888-273-7782.

LICENSE

E-ORDO is distributed to end users. These are hereafter referred to as the Customer and may:

1. Use E-ORDO on a single individual's home and work computers and PDA. E-ORDO may not be shared over a network by multiple users.

2. E-ORDO may be imported by as many users as the customer orders and pays for.

This license does not permit duplication or replication of E-ORDO nor transfer of the data to any other medium, including hard drive storage, except under the two situations itemized above.

The Customer may not transfer E-ORDO or any copy of E-ORDO in any format to any other party under any circumstances.

TERMS

Any attempt to sub-license, assign, or transfer any of the rights, duties, or obligations herein expressed or implied is void.

This agreement additionally extends to all files included in this product.

Customer agrees that he or she has read this agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions. The customer further agrees that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between him or her and Resource Publications, Inc., which supersedes all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between both, relating to its subject matter.

LIMITED WARRANTY

E-ORDO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of sale and appropriateness for a particular purpose. Customer assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of E-ORDO. Resource Publications, Inc., will not assume any responsibility for any damages caused by use or misuse of E-ORDO.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to all customers. This warranty gives Customer specific legal rights, and he or she may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Resource Publications, Inc., does not warrant that the functions contained in E-ORDO will meet the requirements of Customer or that importing or using E-ORDO will be uninterrupted or without error.

LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES

Resource Publications, Inc.'s, liability and Customer’s exclusive remedy shall be:

1. The replacement of any file not meeting RPI's Limited Warranty, upon request by a registered user.

Because a FREE demonstration version of E-ORDO is available for advance evaluation and trial use, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for this product. This is normal software industry practice.

In no event will RPI be liable to Customer for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use E-ORDO, even if any other party has advised RPI of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the purchaser.
