Description:
A Curved wall of glass 21feet wide by 16 feet high. Installed in a hospital, it is designed to create a restful and healing environment. The design interacts with the garden beyond and abstractly depicts "air in motion." Because of the location, it is engineered to withstand hurricanes with steel reinforced framing and an exterior glazing outside of the art glass. It provides a vista outside the chapel while providing privacy inside. Hand-blown and clear water glass is used with an extended lead line technique.
