Description:
These windows include etched glass, painted and fired glass, various widths of leads, mouth blown glass, and beveled glass. The various images were requested to represent the community's ethnic heritage: Americas-Our Lady of Guadalupe, Ireland-Our Lady of Knock, Croatia-Our Lady of Medjegorie, Germany-Our Lady of Altotting, Italy-Our Lady of Loreto, Ireland-Our Lady of Trim, Poland-Our Lady of Czestochowa, Russia-Our Lady of Vladimir, Austria-Our Lady of the Bowed Head. The background format is based on the golden spiral in three directions representing the 3 ages of woman, Mary as the culmination of all women, the mother of God.
