Richard Fairchild on his web site (listed first below). Most of the lectionary-based
preaching sites refer to the Revised Common Lectionary. I've added in a
few more sites and put an asterisk by those that rely on the Roman Lectionary.

Lectionary discussion list servers
These list servers are capable of overloading your mailboxes with hundreds
of notes a week. But they are useful forums and many good ideas are posted
each week of the year. Some of them have digest features that make handling
the number of notes much easier.
SERMONSHOP — Started in 1984, this ECUNET list server is the longest
existing forum regarding the upcoming lectionary passages. To subscribe
send an email to sermonshop-request@ecunet.org, and on the first line enter the
word "subscribe." Note that the
Presbyterian Church (USA):
has made available the Sermonshop
Archives: a fully searchable WWW site.
GOSPEL TALK — a weekly e-mail discussion of the Gospel appointed
by the Episcopal Lectionary. Send an e-mail to GOSPELTALK@cdepot.net, and put
only the word “SUBSCRIBE” in the Subject box. This will automatically add
your name to the mailing list. The home of Gospel Talk (http://trinityepiscopal.net)

LECTION-LIST — A new and helpful lectionary preaching discussion
