The overall view of the renovated chapel shows the axial arrangment of the baptismal shrine, altar and ambo in the antiphonal seating plan. The altar's design reinforces the axial relationship with the negative space formed by its supports. Embedded in the stone mensa are bronze discs enameled with the images of the Dominican cross design. The glass bowl of the baptismal shrine is elevated by bronze finials that penetrate through the pedestal, which holds the vessels of holy oils and the profession books that bear the signatures of every religious woman who entered this community. The base details of the ambo, altar, and baptismal shrine are fabricated with bronze spats to protect the wood finish from wheelchairs and walkers.
