What is ML?
MINISTRY & LITURGY (ML) is a magazine serving Roman Catholic and liturgical
church pastoral leaders. It covers issues in ministry, education, art,
environment, technology, and music. ML tackles controversial topics concerning
the liturgy and provides a forum for new ideas about worship, art, music,
and other aspects of pastoral ministry. ML serves as a helpful guide for
liturgical planning and is required reading for the parish professional.

ML is a magazine for the parish team covering worship and the liturgical
arts. It is read by members of the clergy, educators, artists and architects,
musicians, catechists, and other worship planners. ML's core readers are

has been determined. 1, 3, 6, and 10x apply to a one-year period.

Creative work done by MINISTRY & LITURGY which is billed to the
advertiser becomes the property of advertiser.
Commissions, Discounts, Charges
Agency/Output-ready Discount: 15% discount to any agency or advertiser
that provides camera-ready stats, film, or electronic files.No discounts
on invoices older than 30 days. No discounts on color charges or creative
services.
Cash Discount: 2% of net, 10 days from date of invoice, after
agency commission deducted.
Finance Charge: 1.5% will be assessed monthly on invoices unpaid
after 30 days.
Late Fees: 10% for insertion orders and 10% for artwork received
after the closing date.

ROP color (CMYK) as available per ad $100
Four-color per ad $480
Bleed
Availability: Full page ads only, 8 3/8" x 10 7/8", bleeds should
extend an additional 1/8" from trim.
Layout: Important illustrations and type should be kept 3/8"
from the trim edges and 5/8" from the gutter.
Special Positions
All position stipulations appearing on orders, except covers, will be treated
as requests. Positions guaranteed only after consulting publication as
to availability. Preferred position guarantee for full page only: 10% additional
charge. Call for rates on special inserts.
Reader Service
1/6 page and larger ads will be assigned reader service in the form of
online listings that remain posted with an issue all year. Reader service
numbers for ads smaller than 1/6 page may be obtained for a $25 processing
fee.
Bulletin Board
Classified Advertising Rates:
$1.00/word per insertion
Mar./Sept. insertions: $2.00/word per insertion
Regulations:
Payment must accompany order.
Phone no. and website address each count as two words.
Dates (July 1-15) count as two words.
30-word minimum
$30 minimum charge.

their work using ML’s Artists Directory. Below you will find rate information
for this feature where you can reach our audience of pastors, priests,
parish ministers, and liturgical professionals responsible for the parish
worship environment. Along with contact information, you can promote your
medium and talents and even run photos of your work either in black and
white or in color.
