SAN JOSE, Calif., June 28, 2002 — Resource Publications, Inc.(RPI) announces their plans to feature The Christian Music Finder (CMF),  at the upcoming Christian Booksellers Association (CBA) conference in Anaheim, Calif. on July 13-18.

The computer-run resource contains more than 500,000 searchable entries of printed and recorded Christian music and is updated quarterly with over 10,000 new titles. It also has the capability of using the internet to provide users with timely and accurate information about the music listings. The internet can be accessed by a built-in feature called “Hot Links”, which are hyperlinked text within the search results that give the user a direct internet link from the music listing to the publisher’s website.  The links allow the user to access the website of the publisher for practical information on a piece of music or song title, artist and the production company.

To guarantee that CMF offers the most comprehensive information, it even includes titles that have gone out-of-print. This feature allows the user to find the final answer to questions regarding title availability and production.  “This is an efficient and user-friendly reference tool and by keeping the titles that have gone out-of-print in the database we increase and maintain the scope and accuracy of the product,” remarked Kathi Scarpace, database editor of The Christian Music Finder.

RPI representatives will be on hand at the CBA in booth #801, to do live demonstrations of the product and to answer all questions.  They will also be distributing free demo copies of the CMF to the first 200 booth visitors.
