New magazine planned for 2001

Resource Publications, Inc. has announced plans to publish a full color, bi-monthly magazine for priests and directors of religious education covering cutting edge issues in catechesis, and especially the emerging field of liturgical catechesis. The publication will be called LITURGICAL CATECHESIS, and will debut in October, 2001.

Nick Wagner, the founding editor says: “I don't want this to be a magazine about lesson plans and craft projects. I want it to explore cutting edge issues, and I want it to provide some practical ways of thinking about how to do liturgical catechesis in the parish. I imagine each issue having four or five feature articles and four or five recurring ‘columns’ or ‘departments.’”
