Witness what takes place inside Papineau's characters as they change, and the stories
will remind you that change, ultimately, is a positive experience. Reflections from a psychological

Reviews
"If your reading of the Gospels has become a bit stale or if you want to be challenged in the way
you have been looking at Jesus, this is the book for you. I would especially encourage priests
to listen to these sermons of their fellow presbyter. There was no one sleeping the pews
when these were preached."
— Basil Pennington, OCSO, spiritual writer, St. Joseph's Abbey, Spencer, Mass.
"These tales of conversion take all-too-familiar Gospel stories and throw a new angle of aperture
upon them, and therefore upon us."
— The Most Reverend Robert F. Morneau, auxiliary bishop, Diocese of Green Bay, Wis.
"Papineau affords us an opportunity to take a new look at conversion in the context of life's transitions.
This book is helpful in our wrestling with some of the pain of transition in our lives and it calls for a
sense of acceptance."
— The Right Reverend Roger J. White, Episcopal bishop of Milwaukee
