About the Author

Marsh Cassady is a director, editor and freelance wirter. He has worked as a college professor, high school teacher, newspaper writer and musician. He has given workshops on fiction writing and playwriting, and has directed and acted in more than 100 plays. His other books include Playwriting Step by Step, Acting Step by Step and Storytelling Step by Step. He earned both his M.A. and Ph.D. at Kent State University.
