This eight-session program helps lead your catechists into becoming more
spiritually effective. Using the text of the wedding at Cana story as a base,
this guidebook serves as an invitation to a journey that connects your
catechists with Jesus and the disciples. This program uses various people
and elements from the Cana event Mary, the servants, ceremonial
jars, water, and wine as points of reflection for the catechists on
their journey. Each of the eight sections of the program is a reflection on
one aspect of the story of the wedding at Cana story that can help religious
educators view their task from different vantage points. Each session also
includes handouts with permission to photocopy.
Review
I am most grateful for the opportunity to have been exposed to
Dominic Ashkars theological richness. I felt many resonances in
content and process. I have been greatly enriched by Come to the
Wedding Feast.
