About the Author
A spiritual director at Spiritual Life Center in Bloomfield, Conn., Susan S.
Jorgensen strives to connect personal prayer with communal prayer in order
to achieve deeper liturgical spirituality. Her first book, Rekindling the
Passion (Resource Publications, Inc., 1993), addresses liturgical
renewal in the parish. With degrees in sociology and pastoral ministry, she
directs days of prayer and workshops on topics pertaining to liturgy and
ritual.
