Reviews

“I found the book exciting ... Dr. Jenkins suggests some valuable foundational steps that those of us involved in the ministry of children could begin to take ... I hope that all teachers and catechists have the opportunity to see the suggestions and wrestle with the issues proposed in Loving Our Neighbor, the Earth.
— Mike Reifel, director of catechetical ministries, Diocese of San Bernardino

“The author is fully at home both in the theological and the ecological literature, and does a splendid job of bringing them in dialog with each other. Orientation for the teacher (which is theologically able and sensitive), creative lesson plans and the aim of bringing action to teaching, make this a very fine work.”
— Dr. William A. Beardslee, professor emeritus of religion, Emory University
