While it is not an easy task, we need to move beyond the occasional “token” inclusion of songs in a different language (the warning given to us in paragraph 60); we must move into a mindset of what new cultures bring to our life of faith and to the liturgy.

It’s hard to comment on this kind of thing in the abstract, that is, without knowing what the make-up of the population of a particular parish is. But insofar as the underlying premise is that the liturgy should not be intentionally exclusive, I agree with it.
