- Added the complete table of contents and selected features or departments for the December 1999/January 2000 issue of MINISTRY & LITURGY.
- Added cover graphics, tables of contents, and introductory texts to the "more information" files for Musician's Book of the Mass, and Sharing the Lectionary for Lent 2000
- Added new classified listings, which you can check out at ML Classified Ads.
- Added new copy for the on-line version of the brochure describing the next Liturgical Arts Adventure, which will be held in St. Louis, MO on June 11-15, 2000.
- Added the complete table of contents and selected features or departments for the September, October, and November 1999 issues of MINISTRY & LITURGY over the past few weeks.
- Posted a news release announcing the launch of a new magazine in 2000 called SAFE LEARNING which will be aimed at the school administrators of elementary, jr. high and high schools around the country, both Catholic and public. for more information, check out the complete news release at SAFE LEARNING ANNOUNCEMENT. We are all excited at the prospect for this new effort, and as always we are interested in having you let us know what YOU think of the idea.
- Published a NEW design for the rpinet.com home page and the web site in general. The new design allows for frequently changing information to appear in the center of the home page, with navigation information on the left, and with major projects listed on the right. Please DO let us hear what YOU think of this new look and feel.
- Added articles from the October 1999 issue of MINISTRY & LITURGY.
- Updated information for the 2000 Recorded Edition of the CHRISTIAN MUSIC DIRECTORIES.
- Complete details are now posted for the Liturgical Catechesis Experience (formerly called the Liturgical Catechesis Conference), which is scheduled for April 2-5, 2000, in Phoenix, AZ.
- The Complete Tables of Contents for the music ministry newsletter SIMPLE GIFTS have been brought up to date. The newer issues are placed close to the top on this page.
- Made some minor updates to the links on the left on each page, and on the Site Guide page. Now that site updates are more frequent, we hope this list of changes is more helpful than ever to our visitors. See below for other recent changes.
- Announcing the addition of a SIXTH and SEVENTH employment opportunity here at RPI, including more than one editorial opening. One new position is that of Associate Catechetical Editor, and it involves being a part of the development team for CELEBRATING THE LECTIONARY. Check it out at ML Classified Ads, or at Employment Listings.
- The other new (part-time) position is that of copy editor, working to support the creation of publishing projects in our growing prepress department. Check it out at ML Classified Ads, or at Employment Listings.
- Updated the Site Guide to include the new discussion area, Environment and Art, and a new MOMS resource, MOMStories: Minute Meditations for Mothers.
- The Parish Resource Directory for MINISTRY & LITURGY has been put up for viewing. Access it from here, or, go to the ML page, and pick it out in the list of topics shown.
- Oops! The change made on the 9th has somehow caused all of the discussion files to become "insecure" and the posted messages unavailable to web browsers. The discussion areas are therefore temporarily out of service. We are working on it! (Problem corrected: 8/13/99 4:36 p.m.)
- Added a discussion forum for Environment and Art, and removed the largely unused discussion forum for Good Stories.
- Added a batch of News Releases, which will be posted with more regularity, and which will always be accessible via a link at the top right corner of this What's New page.
- Added the complete table of contents for the August 1999 issue of MINISTRY & LITURGY. This month we've included the full text for the feature article: 100 Web Sites for Your Ministry with 100 live links! Also included are Inside ML, Sharings, and two columns: Planning Guide, and Year of Matthew-- Plus two bulletin inserts: Stole and Eucharistic Prayer III.
- Added a Preview Article scheduled for the October ML issue, Leadership Skills for Catechists, with the invitation to read it and send in your comments for possible publication with the article.
- Added a bunch of commercial search engines and some ministry links to the RPI Links page.
- Added the Winter and Spring 1999 issues of Liturgical Catechesis Newsletter, in their entirety. These will be the last issues to have all content displayed. Subscriptions to this newsletter are now available at $24 per year. Subscribe now.
- Added the complete table of contents for the June/July 1999 issue of MINISTRY & LITURGY. This month we've included the full text for the feature article: Please Hold Your Applause by John Hajda. Inside ML, Worship Times, and two columns: Home Church, and Liturgical Lil Talks Back -- are also included in their entirety.
- We filled one of RPI's open positions, but another one popped up, so we still have four terrific career opportunities on the RPI Employment page (and also on the ML CLASSIFIED page). The newest position is a brand new position in our growing advertising department, for a display and classified advertising space representative.
- The Author Index, Title Index, and Subject Index pages have all been updated to include the ten Fall 1999 new project announcements.
- The new Fall 1999 titles can be found by clicking on New Titles, along with those titles which were announced in Spring 1999. (This is also accessible through the subject index page.) Watch this space for details as "more information" is developed for each new project.
- We must be showing our growth by posting a new record, we now have four terrific career opportunities on the RPI Employment page (and also on the ML CLASSIFIED page). The newest position is a great entry into the world of publishing, as a receptionist and accounts receivable clerk. Any of the four positions will let you find out if publishing is as much fun as the TV sitcoms say it is.
- Added the complete table of contents for the May 1999 issue of MINISTRY & LITURGY. This month we've included the full text for two full features: Post-modern liturgy by Nick Wagner and Beyond "Here Comes the Bride": Creative ways to catechize through the rite of marriage (part 1) by Diana Macalintal Kaulback. Inside ML, Sharings, Reviews, and Planning Checklist are also included in their entirety.
- Added cover graphics, tables of contents, and introductory texts to the "more information" files for Empower Me!, and Journal Me!, which are resources for a new self-esteem program for high school girls.
- Added an outstanding opportunity for a full-time music minister in the New York area to the ML CLASSIFIED page).
- Added cover graphics, tables of contents, and sometimes introductions or preface texts to the "more information" files for Developing Childrens Liturgy, Discovering the Joy of Teaching, Guided Meditations for Adult Catechumens, 24 Intergenerational Liturgies of the Word, and The Lent Book
- Well, we changed the whole look and feel of the home page this time. Tried to make it more clear and clean, and hope it is easier to get around. What do you think?
- Also added a completely new Site Guide page, which may further help anyone who wants to access a specific aspect of what goes on here at RPI. This page has lots of direct links, and it also gives a kind of outline of our organization
- Added the cover graphic, table of contents, and introduction to the 'more information' page for the hot new book: How to Find Mr. or Ms. Right.
- Made some corrections and additions to the MINISTRY & LITURGY Advertising Planner and to the MINISTRY & LITURGY Advertising Rates. This page also includes rates for web site advertisements.
- Updated the About Resource Publications, Inc. page.

- Added yet one more terrific career opportunity to the RPI Employment page (and also to the ML CLASSIFIED page). This brings the total number of RPI openings to three, and has us looking for an experienced sales representative, or a person who has experience in education and/or ministry and who can interact with ministry and education professionals both on the telephone and in person.
- Added the complete table of contents for the March 1999 issue of MINISTRY & LITURGY, which describes five features including ML's annual Church Improvement Guide. - Added another terrific career opportunity to the RPI Employment page (and also to the ML CLASSIFIED page). This time we are looking for someone who has experience in the needs of Catholic schools and public schools, and who can serve as an editor and get involved in developing new resources. Don't miss this chance to provide help to schools everywhere!
- Added a pair of help wanted advertisements to the ML CLASSIFIED page. One for a Music Director in Santa Barbara, and one for a Marketing and Publicity specialist for RPI.
- Made some corrections to the "brochure" page describing the Liturgical Catechesis Conference which is scheduled for August 1-4, 1999 in St. Paul.
- Added the complete table of contents for the February 1999 issue of MINISTRY & LITURGY, with the Seasonal and Occasional Visual Arts awards and showcase. This is the very first issue of MINISTRY & LITURGY (formerly MODERN LITURGY) but it also begins the 26th year of ML! Some departments in the issue have been included in their entirety. - Please Hold Your Applause is an article to be printed in the June/July 1999 issue of ML. The editor would like to be able to print some comments on the article in the same issue with the article.
