2nd Grade (7-8) for Reconciliation and First Communion.

6th Grade (12) for Confirmation.

My son went to the same grade school I did and they still do it the same way. My sister, who lives in a neighboring state, had children who were confirmed in 8th Grade rather than 6th.

: At what age do children in your parish (diocese) usually receive First Holy Communion and receive the Sacrament of Confirmation?

: Also, if Reconcilliation is not done prior to first communion, at what age is that Sacrament administered for the first time?
