Although I hear women around me say 'It is right to give GOD thanks and praise' I refuse to say anything but what is in the Roman Missal. I'll change when it does.

I also think it's absolutely ridiculous to change the Gloria as I hear them do: "Glory to God in the highest and peace to GOD'S people on earth." Rather stupid when you consider that in the next breath you say LORD, KING, FATHER. What? Saying "God" instead of "HIS" makes this less masculine?? Get real!
