In my opinion a pre-nuptial agreement is a totally a civil/legal instrument. However it calls into question the understanding of the couple on the teaching of the Church about the indissolubility of a valid Marriage.

You mention that she has been married before and she has gone through the Annulment process or you could not be marrying her. However is this something that she thinks is available and always granted? I think that it would be best if you spend some time discussing the "for life" aspect of Catholic Marriage with her and the pastor during the Pre-Marriage preparation process.
