Born and raised in a small county in Austin Texas, Jimmy started to pursue his passion for writing when he entered middle school almost two decades ago. During this time, he practiced his writing skills while serving as one of the writers of the school newspaper. When he entered college, he took up economics and continued his writing through a blog he started, which often talked about common teenage issues. After graduating from college, he continued to write blogs but decided to switch to writing about health issues, tips and strategies for better well-being, and eventually started writing about sleep help articles.
